Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Leads Flow Media. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Leads Flow Media provides SMS-based lead generation services for home service contractors. Our campaigns are designed to deliver exclusive, targeted leads to your business using AI-driven property data and verified mobile contact lists. The specific volume and scope of leads are determined by the plan you select ($950/mo or $1,499/mo). All leads are exclusive to your business and are never shared with competing contractors in your service area.
2. Payment Terms
All plans are billed on a flat monthly rate. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in suspension of your campaign until payment is received. Leads Flow Media reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to the client.
3. Refund Policy
For clients on our $100 trial, a full refund will be issued if you do not close at least one job from the 2–3 exclusive leads delivered during the trial period. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of trial completion with documentation that no job was closed. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once a campaign has launched for that billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused leads.
4. Lead Replacement Guarantee
If a lead is determined to be invalid — including disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, or contacts outside your stated service area — Leads Flow Media will replace that lead at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead, along with documentation of the attempted contact. Leads that do not convert to closed jobs are not eligible for replacement under this guarantee.
5. TCPA Compliance
Leads Flow Media operates all SMS campaigns in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state regulations. We maintain internal opt-out and do-not-contact lists and honor all opt-out requests promptly. Clients are prohibited from using leads delivered by Leads Flow Media for any purpose that violates the TCPA or any other applicable law. Clients assume full responsibility for their own communications with leads after delivery.
6. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their monthly plan at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Upon cancellation, your campaign will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Leads Flow Media's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Leads Flow Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee a specific number of closed jobs or a specific return on investment. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including client responsiveness, pricing, and market conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All campaign materials, scripts, targeting methodologies, and proprietary data used by Leads Flow Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of Leads Flow Media. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any proprietary campaign materials without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
